Nitro Feature Wish - Let Others on a Single Server Use Animated Emojis

Since y'all asked what people would like to see, it would be awesome for there to be a way for a Nitro subscriber to grant use of animated emojis to others on a server. I'd pay for that, Nitro or otherwise.

I help run a server for some friends who really can't afford something like Nitro (lots of broke gamers out there), and animated emojis is something pretty basic. For example, emojis added to a Slack server are accessible to everyone on the server.

It would be nice if maybe Nitro-boosting a server would add that functionality for everyone on that specific server (specifically for emojis added to that server, not all servers. That global-emojis thing does seem like a legit tradeoff to only get via Nitro sub), even if it's not a massive number of them. I'd even keep my Nitro sub up literally just for this feature on that one server.
