Ability to like comments

My friend wants to like comments. These could be in a little menu in the top right corner labelled with a heart icon and the title "Likes" or "Liked Comments". If you click on it, you can see 2 options labelled "This channel" and "Entire Server" or something. Each comment could have like a little gold heart next to the name of the sender.

  really. And where is the thumbs up reaction? I cannot find it literally anywhere. There tons of bs smiles but NOT the thumbs up.
