Adding custom "frequent channels" list

It would be nice to have a customisable drop-down list of channels that I frequently visit. My favourite server has 30+ text channels but it takes time to scroll up and down between them because I read only some of them. So Id love to have a list of "shortcuts" to channels I read which stays on top.

  I'd love to have a global frequent channel list. Across a dozen or so servers, I maybe want to keep an eye on a dozen channels, not hundreds. It would be nice to "star" a channel and then be able to scroll through them easily without all the noise.
