Discord Boost

As much as I'm happy with the latest discord boost changes, I'm still lost for why some changes are not implemented. 

I, like many others won't mind paying for my personal discord server. I see that I have to get 15 boosts to get the perks that I'd like to have instead of being able to pay a fixed monthly priced for server perks instead of user perks. I don't mind having server perks only.

Server Pack:
- 128 Kbps Audio Quality
- 256 Kbps Audio Quality
- Custom Server Invite Background
- Animated Server Icon
- +50 Emoji Slots
- Server Banner
- Vanity URL

These perks could be slimmed down in let's say 2 packs. If something like this comes I and others can purchase this for their own discord. otherwise we have to pay 75$ for just server perks per month...that's ridiculous to pay for having a custom personalized discord.
