Add the #caption from Giphy API to customize gifs

Discovered using Slack at work that the Giphy integration has a /giphy #caption "text" gifToSearch query, and I was wondering if you guys could add this feature on Discord as-well, since it overhauls the gif usage completely.

That would be a great addition :)
