Make the amount of Server Boosts needed to level up based on amount of members on server.
It is hard for small servers to get to level two. Why does the amount of Server Boosts need to be the same for all servers?
An example: You have a server with 10 members, so let's say 20-30%(from the members amount) of boosts is needed to get to level two, and 40-50%(from the members amount) is needed to get to level 3. Of course there should be a cap for max amount of boosts needed. Let it be as it is now: 2, 15, 30 server boosts.

This got no attention for some reason, but I agree. Currently, with my server's size, I say the boosts should be
Level 1: 2 boosts
Level 2: 10 boosts
Level 3: 20 boosts0
