If someone sketchy who you don't know or trust asks you to invite a bot into your server that is not a trusted or verified bot, don't do it! People can make bots, then have people invite that bot to their server, and then it tricks you into giving the bot permission to destroy your server! The bot can just give the malicious person a high role, and then grief the server. Do not trust unverified bots! Google the bot first, and if you can't find information about it, don't add it.

simbilder10 No, you can't do that through discord. You can't get someone's IP address to DDoS them through just adding them. And you can tell this is fake, because no hacker would NOT change their name or tag, and if he were an actual hacker, many people would alert the Discord Trust & Safety team and they would ban him. Very fake.
