Systems working

Basically what happened to me was that with the Xbox One Ultimate Gamepass deal, I was suppose to get 3 months of nitro, yet I got none. I got the link, activated the nitro yet, my alt was signed into my browser's discord, so I signed out and signed back into my main. HOWEVER it decided "Lets give the nitro to the alt, the account he NEVER uses so it's basically useless and he'll NEVER use the nitro.", and that's what it did. I requested that it got swapped onto my main however they don't have a system for that yet, or apparently so anyway. I deactivated the account hoping that it'd help my chances but no, it made it so the account is gone with the nitro.
