More Display Role features and a Sort feature

I feel that Discord should have a "Sort" feature when looking at the members of a server. The "Display Role" feature could also be expanded on to be much more comprehensive and useful.

This probably looks very familiar to most of you. It is the menu in Server Settings for the members of your server. Say that you have a really big server with perhaps a thousand members (pretend my server actually has people). Imagine that you want to find certain members in your server, for example the people with no role so that you can give them a member role.

Now it would obviously be very troublesome and grindy to find these members. So I propose adding a "No Role" filter to the "Display Role".

Now say you want to find maybe all your staff members, but you do not have a "Staff" role to go with their rank. The "Display Role" should then be able to filter with 2 roles.

Or maybe you want to see all your members except for staff. Obviously there will be less staff than normal members, so there should be a button in the panel that comes up after pressing "Display Role" saying "Do not include these roles" or something similar.

Now onto the "Sort" feature. Some servers may be about people being active participants. Or maybe you want to make sure all of your staff are actively participating in discussions or at least going onto Discord. The "Sort" feature would do just that!

The "Sort" feature will order members from the member who has not chatted the longest to the most recent sender of a message and vice-versa. Or it could show the member who has not been on Discord the longest to the one who has most recently been online and again vice-versa. Maybe the user who has last performed an administrative such as changing their nickname or kicking a user (of course there is the audit log but it only goes back so far).

As a server moderator, these would be very helpful to see how active my colleagues are to see whether they are actually doing something to better the server and I hope it would help other moderators too.
