Role categories

It would be great if you could create role categories. For example, there are two roles. The first role has the right to ban users, but the second should be higher than the first so that for example the color is displayed, but then participants with the first and second roles will be able to ban those who have the first role but do not have the second.
This could be solved if we add a role category to user, when the colors and rights of the roles are combined
