Add the Ability to Suppress Role Mentions

I believe that role mentions should be able to be suppressed, just like how @everyone and @here pings can be, because there are servers that ping a role everybody has to get around “Suppress @everyone and @here,” therefore defeating the purpose of this. This would be very convenient for many users, and would help stop users from using client modifications (because people can use plugins with client modifications so suppress mentions).
