Add a toggle for message highlighting on mouseover
Moving the mouse across discord makes my eyes very uncomfortable because of the flashing lights from hovering over the many sections of the chat.

The flashing is super distracting. Right clicking to bring up emojis/formatting/editing/deleting ect was fine before.
