Boost perk: Upgraded stream limit

As the title suggests, this is merely a suggestion I had for a perk of server boosts. If a server gets boosted to tier 2, maybe have 15 as the max stream count, and if it gets to tier 3, a 25 max stream count. Doesn't have to be those numbers specifically, but def had multiple times where people on my server would like to watch a stream but cant, because we've hit the 10 person max. Thanks!
