notification settings keep changing to mentions only

i have changed this setting to all messages many times yet every time without fail it reverts to messages only. how can i fix this?

    Having this exact same problem. Super annoying while trying to administrate a new server.

    Same issue, I've changed my notifications back to all messages around half a dozen times at this point and every few days it will go back to Mentions Only.
