Why is this a permanent pop up ????????

Do you hate your screen space ?

What is the purpose of this button if I'm not gonna use it ? Do you like it when something takes a chunk of your personal space for no reason at all ? I'm not gonna use this and yet I can't send it to hell or wherever it came from.

Let's get more banners shall we ? Lets make the entire screen space with banners. Static banners.

Banners that you cannot turn off or make them go away.

I'm not a heavy user of discord and I'll never be because of simple things like this are not fixed/thought though. This is very unprofessional even for a basic UI design.

Add a button to hide it, add a check box to never show it again ?

I am completely fine without doing those stuff yet they ruin the experience.
