New feature request multiple message selection

In many other programs there are options like double tapping a message to select it, a similar feature could be added in discord to make moderation easier, sometimes multiple message deletion is neccesary, if you could select a group of message by say Double tapping a message and then pressing shift to select further messages then pressing shift delete to delete them or just generally being able to select multiple messages for say quoting being able to select a few people may be useful
