Notice Board / Community Board Feature

So I have noticed a lot of servers have the usual rules/faq/welcome/etc basically a channel dedicated to listing some information of the server.

Currently the way it works is the thread is a bunch of messages by a user or group of users to get the message across which is great but editing messages is a pain for mods because as we all know you cannot edit other people's messages and having multiple users do a board is messy so I propose a channel or board where the text in that board is editable by a group of users and is not owned by any single user but a set amount of users or given access through roles.

Basically a community board feature!

This eliminates any kind of having to message the original user who commented the message to have to edit something if any info needs to be changed because instead the board or channel is editable by all members given access to the notice board / community board etc.

I think a lot of servers could use this feature where everyone can basically post or edit into the board and instead of seeing individuals posting you see the message being written by the role or group of members given permission to manage that channel be it rules/faq/welcome/etc.

These are just a few ideas for its potential because really the uses are endless we just need to get access to the feature first.
