Cancelling request and nitro issues

So i have nitro credit $9.99 but i have running subscription. So it's nitro subscription. I have a card as my payment method. It exists for a long time now. So then it's past due. And it will end at 23/03/2020 12:07am The time i posted this is 1:46am now. But it's still past due and my nitro perks now gone everything is gone except my nitro credit. And my credit doesn't apply. I emailed Discord and still no sign of response. (My main account is Nasus#0001) this is my alt because i can't remove 2fa on my acc. So i use this account to post instead. Also i cannot cancel my classic subscription that past due (over past due) what should I do for now. Help.

Did you get this figured out? I was billed last night and didn't know until afterward that it happened, had I known or been reminded I would have cancelled Nitro. Now I'm getting emails from support that keep asking me to "reply from the same email associated with the account" to cancel it. I've replied twice and still don't know if it's a bot replying to me or a person.
