Server boost: level count.

I think we should have lower counting boost for each level. Currently it's

Level 1: 2 boost
Level 2: 15 boost

Level 3: 30 boost

I think the numbers should go down. Level 1 can remain 2 Boost. Level 2 should lower to 10 and Level 30 should go to 20 Boost.

  Fun fact, the German translation of the Server Boost page states 10 boosts for level 2 while the English pages state 15.
