Green Outline on Video Calls
With the new update, whenever someone speaks in a video call, a green outline appears around that person's camera. This isn't distracting when it happens on the minimised little squares in the side(or.. you know, circles, as of this update) but when it's constant flashing in the middle of the screen that surrounds a large area against a black background it's VERY eye-catching.
As someone with visual problems and ADHD, I can NOT focus on the camera itself when the flashing is going on. To have the entire video feed surrounded by an outline so flashy and bright in comparison to the background is honestly just a tacky, bad idea, and I'm already seeing posts of users complaining about this same issue.
Please listen to the user base and revert it.

Yes, please revert or at least give an option to turn off the green light. I can't even use videocalls now, hate it so much

This is actually driving me insane I had to just leave the calls bc I can't focus on any thing other than the stupid blinking lights!!

Can we please have the option to turn this off!! It's infuriating and completely distracts from the call

AGREED. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FILM ANOTHER EPISODE OF "THE INCREDIBLY DOPE PODCAST" WITH THIS STUPID, UNNECESSARY, HORRID-SMELLING GREEN BOARDER CONSUMING MY BEAUTIFUL FACE EVERY TIME MY GORGEOUS LIPS EXPEL WORDS. REVERT ASAP. WE AIN'T NEED IT, WE AIN'T WANT IT, YEET IT. JUST YEET IT.

This needs to be a toggable option. Until it is, there is no point in using Discord. I would rather utilize other, more ADHD-friendly video chat providers. Everything that Discord provides can be found elsewhere, if need be. Please fix this by making it a changeable setting.
