Hide names of blocked users in voice channels

It's a good idea to change the names of blocked users in voice channels to a default "Blocked User" username. The purpose of blocking someone is to halt all communication between the users, though this line is still left open. Blocking should remove all forms of communication like it was intended to do, I think this is a minor oversight with bad potential effects.

I have friends with mental disorders, including ptsd, which have blocked people who harass them with triggers, and still be able to get to them with their username. It really sucks that people can bypass the block system like this.
