Here's an idea: Fix the ui and make it customizable
Instead of forcing everyone to get the same ugly update, why don't you make it so we can have an option to how the ui looks in settings. If you can change the ui then you can do us a favor and give us the option to switch back. I'm putting this in the "other" category bc this should go for all updates, not just mobile or desktop.

Pretty sure we've been asking for this for years, but they still haven't shown any care to implement it; just enforcing whatever design they want onto us when it's literally just HTML or CSS changes that can be fully user editable.
