Add permission to view video / go live stream

We're using Discord to teach a programming course at university. For online programming exams, it would be great to have multiple students on a channel streaming their screen and webcam, without other students being able to watch. Would it be possible to add a permission controlling not who can stream, but who can watch a stream? :)

  I need this feature, especially that the epidemic is serious, so many exams can only be held online.
