Promote group DM to server

It happens sometimes that it would be very useful to convert a group DM into a full-featured server, given that servers have many additional features (such as channels, webhooks, permissions, etc.). It may happen that a simple chat begins as a simple group DM, but as it progresses, the additional complexity of a server becomes a necessity.

It should be thus possible to "promote" a group DM into a server, so the chat history isn't lost, but all the server features become available. Right now I don't think there's any way of doing this.
