Verified bots - editing messages for chat moderation

Allow verified bots to edit messages, more specifically moderation bots. For instance, anti-swear bot could edit out bad or unwanted words, rather than just deleting the messages. It would be a lot more convenient. But like I said, make sure the [moderation] bot is a trusted bot and verified before giving it the permission.
