Symbols in search

It would be great if we could search including symbols - for example, I used to use '#NOTE' in a message in Skype and be able to search back for it, and only '#NOTE' would be found, but in Discord every instance of the word 'note' is found, and searching for a symbol turns up nothing. The Pinned Messages feature exists, but gets kind of unwieldy if you have a lot of brief things you just want to be able to scan through quickly - and being able to search helps narrow that down further.
