Un-clickable usernames - blocking, PMs and so on are impossible

I recently came across this username: @⃟⃝#1186 which cannot be left or right-clicked within Discord. The two characters used (a hollow diamond shape and a hollow circle) overlap each other and the content of any messages sent by this user also overlaps the name.

Whether intentionally or not this user cannot be messaged, blocked, called or viewed in more detail from the text chat - unless you copy their name and ping them in that discord. (Interestingly, the shape characters making up their name do not appear at all in the viewer where you can add notes or message). This is a problem in very large servers where the user list is simply not scrollable.

A reasonable solution would be to restrict the use of these characters, or perhaps just find a way to stop other text overlapping and preventing a click.

If you're on PC you can just click on their profile picture

or if you're on phone u can not click but hold ur finger on his/her's profile picture and it will open up the profile.

Aha, I didn't even think of that... I hate expanded/default mode so much, only ever use compact.
