Emoji picker problems

I think the new emoji picker is nice but could use some tweaking to make it have the pros of the old emoji picker.

1. Make reactions not refresh the emoji picker: 
   every time someone reacts with a new emoji, the emoji picker refreshes and you have a very hard time picking a reaction
2. make opened tabs saver per server:
   when you change servers, the emoji tab you had open in the last server is still open, while you can't use them (unless you have nitro), this can be an increasing bother if you are in a lot of servers with a lot of emojis

i hope you all will take these fixes in consideration, because ease of access is key to a nice experience
