how to delete discord from my laptop

hi, I have been trying to delete Discord from my laptop - it always comes back after restart!!! This is starting to really annoy me, I have even installed a third party uninstall program, still comes back.

I would appreciate  some help in letting me know how to unistall this, all normal ways have failed so far.
