(Feature request) Message highlight

I suggest an idea of functions for Discord. This would be to be able to allow administrators / moderators to highlight a message. It would work as follows:

- The manager finds a message he wants to highlight
- He goes to the message options and chooses "Highlight"
- It chooses the duration of the highlighting of this message
- It validates

Finally, the message concerned remains blocked in first position in the chat, just above the message entry bar for the duration chosen.

This allows during conversations with many people to ensure that people have seen the message concerned because it remains easily in their vision for a while.
