Make Co-Owners To Group Chats!

I think adding a Co-Owner feature would be a good addition in group chats. This means if the owner is offline and you need to kick someone from the group chat because you maybe added a wrong person or you don’t want them to be in the group chat. (Also adding a cap of 15-20 members would be good but probably laggy.)
