‏my nitro credits aren't working

‏Hi, I have nitro credits of 2 months from gifs I got in my discord "inventory" the problem is I can't use them! It's says in need to buy/get another nitro to use the nitro credits. I assume it was because I didn't change plan before the nitro was over. ‏Can you help me pleaseee?
