Option to receive all notifications even in 2500+ servers

I just heard back from support that mobile push notifications are disabled when a server reaches 2500 members to keep things stable. Only mentions and tags create notifications at that point. I'd like the option to receive all notifications even in large servers like this, especially if I'm helping to moderate one. However, if they can't allow all users to have push notifications, then at least administrators and moderators should have the option.
