Copy a User's ID from their Profile

Why?

It feels a little out-of-place not to add this. If you have Developer Mode on, it should appear in all user-related context menus.

How?

Add an extra button in the context menu for a user's full profile: User   >   View Profile   >   Three Dots   >   Copy ID

    I agree this should be a thing but is it really a huge deal? If you can get to their profile, you can get their user id...
