Allow channel pinging

This feature may sound odd, but I think it'd be a great idea if you don't only allow for pinging users/bots, but also channels. You could make this something like "@#(channel)" or just "@(channel)". This could allow for certain members to ping only the users they want in a single ping, instead of having to manually ping the users.

  wouldn't that technically be what roles are for? sort people in categories like most servers, so if you wanna ping those people you wanna ping, just ping the role.. 

  pinging the channel would just ping everyone who has access to it, which would basically be like just doing @here
