Suggestion: Increase custom sticker limit

HI there! I'm an avid sticker user on Telegram, and find the 15 sticker limit on a boosted server to be quite small (I have 14 myself and 2 more on the way). I'm suggesting that the limit be increased and/or allow personal storage of stickers (that does not require hosting on a boosted server) for smaller communities to thrive and not feel like they're locked behind a paywall when Telegram has a personal storage system of stickers without a limit (AFAIK)
