A new cool and useful feature in texting

add a new mode, a mode where the owner of a server can choose to delete an entire section of text, simply by selecting a starting point and an ending point. all the messages that had been send within this range will be deleted as fast as possible. (this mode can only be entered by the creator/owner of the server).
