Group leader should be able to control member capacity

Hello discord. So here is my suggestion, The group leader should be able to control the member capacity. The default member limit is 10, But the leader would be able to change it from 1-10 members depending how much members there are. For example if there are 7 members and a member is spam inviting, You can set the member capacity to 7 members. However for example you cannot change the member capacity to 5 if there are 6 members, You have to kick a member first. That is my suggestion.
