[suggestion] Hide Muted Voice Channels

There's an option to hide muted text channels, but there's no way to do that for voice channels and I would find that feature useful.

  I'd really love this.  Also, it'd be great if the muted voice channel didn't cause the streaming icon to appear on the server and the red dot to appear on the app icon.  (It seems like those icons violate the idea of muting notifications for a voice channel.)
