Make Static Banners free but make the animated ones paid
In terms of free banners, the static banner is a much more interesting idea than a solid color. Animated Banners should be in the same league as animated profile pictures and the static ones should be in the same league as the static profile picture. It'd be fair if you didn't have to pay for nitro for a static banner as it's not as flashy as an animated one. animated profile pictures and banners should be the main incentive of Nitro, not banners as a whole AND animated profile pictures
