Can't Apply Entire GIF Image As Profile Banner
Hello, Discord. For some reason, I just can't seem to apply the entire GIF image as my Profile Banner. Like whenever I wanna change my Profile Banner using a different GIF image, Discord keeps giving the option to crop the image before applying it as my banner. But the thing is, I don't want my GIF image to be cropped always. I want my profile banner to show the entire GIF image on my profile. That's my personal issue that I'm having right now. I mean, I like the option that we can crop the image before applying it as our profile banner but some of us want to apply the entire GIF image as our profile banner.
So yeah, I hope in the future all of us Nitro users will be given the option to set the entire GIF image as our profile banner. Thank you.

Unfortunately, no. Sorry I haven't been able to find a solution to this problem up to now. This is why I wanted to mention this so that Discord would eventually fix this in their future updates someday.

There are many tools that you can use to readjust the size of gifs. If you set the size larger then when it crops it should line up good. This was the first thing I thought of.

Are you saying that I should resize the whole GIF image? If so, I’ve actually tried resizing it to a smaller size but it always ends up being squeezed up together that the image is getting too thin.

I meant that you could leave the gif the same size but adjust the canvas space. So when it is finished the gif would be the same size but with a white background above and below it.

Ah ok. I see what you mean. Alright I’ll try that one out. Thanks
