nitro expiring to late

i noticed after buying nitro 4d ago i find it missing? or it had been expired, i was very confused, i also got a dm from my friend that i gifted nitro, saying "bro my nitro expired what happened???" i click on there profile and i notice their nitro expired, im confused please fix this issue.
