Automatic add and remove specific role when you join a specific voice call

Would be useful if you could add a feature where you can automatically add a role for example "The Mute Listener" on a voice channel for their friends if they don't have a mic and they can ping the role if they want to talk to their friends through a text channel. If they left the voice channel the role will be remove automatically.
