More nitro perks regarding increase in boost tiers and server member capacity.

Here's an idea to make the discord nitro and server boosts more useful-
Increase more boost tiers for the servers.
As the tiers get unlocked the server member capacity should increase. This would help the bigger communities since lots of people want to enter and be a part of big gaming communities like Minecraft but aren't being able to because they tend to have reached their member capacity.

    I think the idea is very good, but I must add that with the increase of impulses and people, it should be easier to have a partnership with discord, of course with all criteria, thus maintaining a favorable relationship for both.
