New Discord Rich Presence functions.

In spotify Rich Presence there is clickable fields. It would be great to integrate this into api to make games with match details. For example somebody have match and in rich presence it shows match id (for example) and if you click on it it will drop you to custom site with stats from this match, all players that was in this match and some times even their discord tags. I think that opens new gates for developers and their games.

  This already exists, it's part of the game sdk
