Do not show new message alert in channel when the new message is deleted

There was a case where a spam bot entered the server and posted spam in each channel. The admin banned the user and deleted all their messages. However the new message bug in each channel remained showing, even though I had already read the newest remaining message. It was irritating.

    discord can have a few hiccups like this because its a browser application being hosted on your machine. if it happens again, try hitting CTRL + R to restart discord.
