School Hub: Add sorting on Android mobile

Currently, on Desktop, the school hub sorting is fine. It's categorized and by number of members. Same with the iOS app.

On Android, though, it's just sorted by date added to the hub and there's no categories. This makes it hard to find the biggest servers and doesn't provide any useful information or categories to the user.

Update android to mirror the other apps.
