Limit the amount of person that can react to a role.

There should be a bot or or a setting that can limit the amount of persons who can react to a role. Let's say you want only two persons to be able to select a role, but you can't cause anyone can react to it and pick up the role. I think this should be added because this will be very useful.  I'm trying to make only six random persons have access to a channel by posting it but I can't cause everyone will.

    Hello,

    It seems to me that it is possible to achieve this with the help of a bot that monitors the reactions and depending on the number wanted, will or will not suppress the additional reactions.

    But otherwise this is a good idea,
