Remove the Profile Picture change cool down OR/also add a preview

Every. Single. Person. I know. Complains about the stupidly small amount you are able to change your profile picture in short time frames. You're able to change it like 2 times before being locked out for a LONG time. I get that that's probably because of scam bots? (still a stupid large inconvenience no other site has ever implemented and I don't really see how that helps).
Bro, People just want to see what their profile picture looks like in discord, specifically how they like it in text chat/Calls. (you want to see if it looks good when its shrunk down to how you're normally looking at it) and adjusting it to the right size to look like how you want is infuriating when you have to wait to change it every time you want to see how it looks. As of right now it shows you how it will look when someone opens your profile up, but not how it will look in calls/text chat. I think a preview like the appearance tab should be added + a preview to show what it'll look like in calls (to scale of course)
