Capcha feature for users with open DMs

Please add a simple feature that can be enabled in the user settings for people with Open DMs. The bots are annoying the hell right now if you are in a 100 discord channels. 

All there needs to be is capcha test on first new message. 

User DMs --> Prompts to complete capcha --> Valid = message Sent / Invalid = message never Sent!
